Haunted Happenings Events at Pickering Wharf

Here are two great events at Pickering Wharf to add to your schedule in Salem this October!

October 16: 11am - 4pm
The 2nd Annual Great Pumpkin Painting Contest
Children from 5 to 99 may purchase and decorate their pumpkin for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in age-grouped judging. Ribbons and prizes will be awarded for winners and all participants. Pumpkin fee is just $5, paint, glitter, and other decorating materials will be supplied. Contestants may take their pumpkins home, or donate them to a local retirement home. Great fun for the whole family—featured on the Today Show last year!

October 22: 5:30pm - 7:30pm
Trick O’ Treat Night
Children can give the costume a test run on Friday, October 22nd  at Pickering Wharf in Salem. Parents with children in costume, age 14 and under are encouraged to visit all stores in Pickering Wharf with balloons outside their doors from 5:30 – 7:30 pm. No tricks, just treats!
