With parking at a premium here in town this month it is highly suggested that travelers from Boston take the Salem Ferry or the T from North Station to Salem.
The Salem Ferry docks at the Boston Aquarium for pickups in Boston and drops folks in Salem at Blaney Wharf, two blocks from The House of the Seven Gables, CityView Trolley and Salem Trolley both pick up passengers at Blaney Wharf for a fee for transport to the downtown area while getting a delightful tour. These trolleys offer hop on and off service all day long once you purchase your tickets.
The T comes right into downtown Salem from North Station. Once in Salem Station, walk up the stairs and the city is there waiting for you to have fun!
Both options offer ease getting in and out of Salem and you get to save gas and the environment! A great solution for so many reason!
