Over 130 Opportunities for Fun!

This is shaping up to be one of the best years for Salem's Haunted Happenings! With over 130 events, venues, attractions, places to shop and be entertained, there are lots of new opportunities to have fun for all ages.

On Salem Common every weekend there will be activities for children and families. Pumpkin painting contests for children, getting your picture taken with a giant pumpkin, mazes, fair foods and games abound.

For those wishing fun, there is a new party for Columbus Day weekend, a chance to pop over to Salem State College and learn the Thriller Zombie dance with tons of other people, parties every weekend someplace and a Halloween evening party of all parties that will fill all of Pickering Wharf up!

For those die hard shoppers – there will be the annual street fair, a fun shopping extravaganza hosted by the Pickering Wharf businesses and new gift shops for your Halloween souvenir collections.

If you come to have your fortune told there are many new psychic faires all over town. New to the psychic fair scene is Crow Haven Corner along with all of the other wonderful venues from the past.

Of course there are many of the traditional events and activities like the Haunted BizBaz on Essex Street, The Witches Ball, tales on the Friendship, and spirits at many local attractions and museums. An then...the haunted tours! There are more than ever and some tell the stories of the City of Peace never told before!

So start putting your costumes together and come to the biggest outdoor Halloween party in the world!
